“Chair of Honor” Veteran presentation event

Ashland Library, 66 Front Street, Ashland. Ashland student, Chase Abrams, lead an intergenerational program by learning about and recognizing Ashland Veterans through the sharing of their stories. Chase partnered high students with Ashland veterans over a period of a couple of months and had the students interview and document highlights during the veteran’s time in service. The out-come of this is that the students will present the stories of their veteran during a special event, “Chair of Honor”, on Tuesday, May 21st. Veterans will be seated in the “Chair of Honor” during the student presentations.
