“Worcester at the Turn of the 20th Century - The Photographs of William Bullard”

Event:
Ashland Historical Society, 2 Myrtle Street, Ashland, Frank J. Morrill, Historian, will talk about the recently come to light glass-slide collection of William Bullard, a photographer who documented downtown Worcester as well as local neighborhoods in the late 1800s and early 1900s. It’s a fascinating look at downtown streetscapes and a diversified community of color that was part of the fabric of Worcester. It’s also a great story and lesson about preserving images of the past. All are welcome! For more details and links please see the Upcoming Events page at www.ashlandhistsociety.com.
