Holliston Historical Society’s old fashioned country fair planning is in full swing! Each year new and returning vendors congregate on the beautiful grounds of the Historical Society to showcase their numerous handmade crafts, culinary items, antiques and collectables. This year will be no exception.
Crafts include, cutting boards, clocks, sweaters, gloves, porcelain food graters, signs, wreaths, vintage and garden items, honey products, jams, fudge and candies, hummus, vegan baked goods, fine arts, paintings, jewelry hot sauce, jerky, baby items, candles fall and winter holiday items … the list goes on,
Children will enjoy the bouncy house, having their faces painted and becoming acquainted with the live farm animals. There will be a silent auction table featuring bargains on goods and services from area merchants, vendor items etc.
Lunch and beverages will be available for purchase in the barn, where there will also be a bake table and our famous Historical Society apple pies for sale.
The Asa Whiting House will be open to attendees from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. A new display is being worked on showcasing “Inventions from Holliston”
Bring your family, friends, dog, appetite and curiosity! See you at the Fair.
