Issue Date:
March, 2017
Article Body:

If you have graduated from Norwood High School within the past 30 years, then you likely attended the Post Prom Party. Here is your chance to actively participate in a Norwood tradition that delivers the memories so many graduates hold dear.
The 2017 Post Prom Party Committee is inviting all alumni as well as the entire Norwood community to assist with this year's 30th Anniversary Post Prom Party! It is only with the continued support and participation of parents, alumni and community members that this time-honored Norwood High School ritual can continue!
Each year, the NHS senior graduating class votes on its party theme, and on May 19, the school will again be transformed with into Outer Space! The evening is filled with hours of games, entertainment, food and activities, all supervised in a safe and substance-free environment. This amazing night is open to all members of the senior class, even if they do not attend the prom.
Volunteers can be involved in this special event through many ways, including, chaperoning, working on our Fashion Show fundraiser or helping to decorate the night of the party. The committee is also seeking sponsorship from local businesses to fund t-shirts, favors, etc. To learn more about sponsorship and volunteer opportunities, email either co-chair: Amy Carr, acarr317@verizon.net or Annemarie Wagner, wteam@verizon.net, or the post prom committee directly, norwoodpostprom@gmail.com, or visit their website nhspostprom.weebly.com.
