The Norfolk Advocates for Children organization is closing out Child Abuse Prevention Month hosting a 5K road race at its Foxboro facility on April 30, supporting the center’s mission to help and support abused children and their families.
The race begins and ends at the 12 Payson Road, Foxboro, right near the Foxboro Police Station. The NAC, Norfolk County’s nationally accredited Child Advocacy Center, was launched by the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office and had made Payson Road home for six years.
The race steps off at 9:30 a.m. Registration on-line is at www.NAC5K.racewire.com . Registration is $25 before April 15, $30 after April 15. Runners can also register in person on Race day between 8:30 a.m. and 9:20 a.m. Number pickup for pre-registrations starts at 8:30. Kids under 12 run for free.
