Approved by the Planning and Economic Development Board in June 2014, Millstone Village, when completed, will be comprised of 80 condominium dwellings - 35 single family detached homes and 45 townhouse homes arranged as duplexes and triplexes. 65% of the dwellings are built or under construction. Millstone Village includes a community house and green space for resident activities and will have 20.4 acres of open space with trails which will be accessible to the general public.
