Forum on Brain Development/Teenage Risk Taking Dr. Ruth Potee, an expert in adolescent brain development and its impact on teenage risk-taking, including alcohol and substance use, will lead a forum for parents/guardians and anyone who interacts with middle- and high school-aged students. Attendees will gain insight into how the teen brain develops and functions, and how to apply this knowledge in daily interactions with teens. Franklin High School, 218 Oak St., Franklin. 7 p.m.
