Designed for those in recovery from addiction. Heart with Hope Restorative Yoga (5:30 to 6:30 p.m.) is for parents and loved ones of those suffering from addiction. Presented in partnership with the S.A.F.E. Coalition. No prior yoga experience necessary; all props provided. Sacred Tree Yoga Studio & Wellness Center, 65 Holbrook St., Suite 110, Norfolk. Offered every Friday night.
