The week of July 24, 2019, the Hopedale Cooperstown team made their journey to Cooperstown to compete in baseball games at a venue that promotes a high caliber of play! All players twelve years and under, “experience the purity of baseball as it was meant to be played!”
The Team had the opportunity to visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame, and attend baseball games at Doubleday Field, the legendary home of baseball, where the game began one afternoon in 1839.
Not only did the team walk away with an 11-6 win against the New Jersey Teels at this very competitive tournament, they also leave with memories that will last a lifetime for both the team and their families!
