The Holliston Newcomers Club Gingerbread House Decorating Workshop is back for another year! HNC will be hosting this holiday tradition on Saturday, December 9th, 2017 at Mt. Hollis Lodge. Join families from around the area as they gather for some creative, hands-on fun. There will be prizes, refreshments, and your very own gingerbread house to decorate and take home.
This year HNC is partnering with Gaetano’s Bakery in Holliston. Owner, Gaetano Arria, has generously offered to bake the delicious houses for all to decorate! After 31 years working at the famed Mike’s Pastry in the North End, and six years owning his own shop in Medway, Gaetano relocated to Holliston and has quickly become a community favorite.
Tickets are $35 and include one gingerbread house and all the candy you can fit on them! Multiple people can work on one house. Proceeds benefit the Holliston Newcomers Grant Fund, a program dedicated to advancing HNC’s commitment to community investment by funding programs and organizations that help Holliston thrive. Past award recipients have included the Holliston PTO, Holliston in Bloom, the Holliston Library, the Holliston Police Department, and Holliston Community Farm.
