If you’re a prospective home buyer, don’t miss the Fall Football Open House event at The Lanterns at Warren Woods on Saturday, September 16, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., a day celebrating the beginning of fall and the New England Patriots’ 2018 season!
Event highlights will include a drawing for two tickets to a Patriots’ home game and a firsthand opportunity to tour all three single-family model homes at Ashland’s newest 55-plus residential community at Five Fern Crossing, just across from the 120-acre Warren Woods off Chestnut St., that are being developed by The Green Company. You can even get a sneak peek of the new Meetinghouse that will open later this fall!
“Prospective buyers will experience a cottage-style model, a mid-century modern home and our welcoming farmhouse concept,” Dominique Sampson, vice president, sales and marketing, explained. “Each features an open floorplan that works as a wonderful gathering place for family and friends, master bedrooms and baths on the ground floor, front porches, rear decks or patios, generous closet space and two-car garages.”
“Each home is designed a little differently and as individually as you are,” Sampson added. “We make sure the square footage is both meaningful and useful. We’ve created little spaces for technology enthusiasts and for hobbyists, and the homes offer added “flex” space upstairs that can be used for extra storage or transformed into additional living space. And, taking advantage of the scenic, wooded surroundings, the developer has paid close attention to the positioning of each window space and slider door.
First-floor bathrooms feature seven-foot vanities with double sinks, Kohler fixtures, linen closets and roomy showers with lots of tile. Kitchens have a generous amount of counter space and free-standing seven-foot islands with granite countertops. The living and dining rooms feature gracious nine-foot ceilings and are great for hosting your get-togethers. Two of the village homes feature a roofed outdoor room which the buyer can opt to screen, and all homes have front porches and garden spaces which the homeowner may personalize with paves and plantings.
The Lanterns at Warren Woods welcomes animals, too. Owners may have two pets, and nearby walking trails and the Ashland Reservoir provide great opportunities for owners and pets to exercise, relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
“We currently offer a personalization allowance,” Sampson added, “but there’s no guarantee about timing for the offer, so we encourage folks to come and visit The Lanterns to make a more informed decision as to whether this is the right living environment for them.”
Sampson’s team will do everything they can to accommodate a buyer’s needs, you simply need to ask.
“We try to help people pick the home that will work best for them,” Sampson added. “We want to ensure your new home fits your personal taste and style.”
However, if you’re unable to make the Fall Open House on September 16, furnished models at The Lanterns at Warren Woods are always open Wednesday through Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Contact Judy Jennings at (508) 322-6200 for more information or to make an appointment for your personal tour.
