Real Estate Experts to Present Free Discussion at Franklin Country Club April 12th
Coldwell Banker’s Kim Williams, Guaranteed Rate’s Bryan Brown, and William Barry from the Law Office of William F. Barry, along with other industry experts will visit the Franklin Country Club on Wednesday, April 12 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The seminar will focus on the process and lifestyle benefits of downsizing.
The main goal of this seminar is to educate empty nesters or individuals that are ready to downsize on how to sell their home while introducing them to professionals who can guide them on this journey to enjoying a better life.
Attendees will leave with a better understanding on questions regarding:
• How to make a home appealing to today’s buyers
• Affordability and organizing or discarding lifetime belongings
• How to get started with the process of downsizing
According to industry leaders and TIME Magazine, this is a downsizers’ and empty nesters’ seller’s market. Kim Williams, Fine Home Specialist at Coldwell Banker, sees this as an opportunity to address downsizing concerns that many homeowners encounter.
“The current housing inventory cannot keep pace with the volume of buyers in the market for a new home,” Williams said. “Now is an excellent time for sellers to cash out on the decades of equity and set themselves on course for a more carefree lifestyle.”
