Let’s Laugh Meets Twice in Millis this Month

There will be a special Let’s Laugh Today Event at the Millis Public Library, 961 Main Street, Millis, Monday, January 23rd from 7 to 8 p.m., and it is FREE! Laugh in the New Year and learn simple exercises to help you lighten up about life and bring more laughter into it!
Let’s Laugh Today in Millis will also take place on Saturday, January 28th from 9:45 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. (please note the new time) at Living Buddha Nature, Centennial Place, 969 Main St., Millis. Boost your joy factor, lighten up about life, release happy chemicals and open channels of expression and well-being to feel more alive! There are no postures or poses and all ages can participate in this uplifting experience! Let’s laugh, breath, and clap! Anyone can do these simple exercises. You can sit or stand. For both classes, please bring water to drink and arrive early. $12 (Seniors 65 and older: $10)
Laughing strengthens the immune system, and helps with stress, depression and anxiety. There are no fancy postures and is appropriate for all ages and all physical levels. A meditation will be added at the end for relaxation, leaving you feeling totally stress-free after this unique, uplifting experience. Please bring your water bottle and please arrive a little earlier to register.
