Through November, Norwood Hospital will offer the following free community programs, support groups and screenings. All of these health and wellness events are free to participants. Registration is required.
Diabetes Support Group
Second Tuesday of the Month, October - May, Norwood Hospital, RANI Conference Room,800 Washington St., Norwood
Smoking Cessation
Offered at Norwood Hospital and facilitated by an American Cancer Society’s Freshstart instructor to help stop smoking. The next 6-week smoking cessation program starts: October 10th - November 21st, Wednesday, 6-7pm,

Free Oral, Head and Neck Cancer Screening

Advance Care Planning – The Landscape of Options for End of Life
Norwood Hospital, Steward Hospice and Steward Home Care are partnering to offer this community discussion.
