Alzeimer’s Association: Healthy Living for your Brain & Body
Monday, April 24, 2017, 1-2 p.m.
This workshop will provide information about how to optimize your physical and cognitive health as you age. Participants will learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands on tools to help incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.
You must register in advance by calling the Senior Center at (508) 429-0622.There is no fee for this event.
