Ashland Officials and the Ashland Indian community heartily wants to enjoy the festival of lights with fellow residents, neighbors, friends and families of this town. Come get a glimpse of “DIWALI” and enjoy the festivities. All residents get to vote for the best Rangoli. Rangoli competition is from 3 to 5 p.m. (only participants to arrive at 2:30 pm) and the Cultural program featuring dance and vocal performances runs form 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
